For clients that are new to hitting the weights, we will start at Phase 1 Stabilization Endurance. It's here where we get your body ready to take on the extra loads by perfecting your balance and introduce the movements needed to weight train the correct way. Strength Endurance, Hypertrophy, Maximal Strength, and Power are the progressing phases that make up the roadmap to whichever destination we choose in your fitness journey!
