STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Moving around big heavy weights without knowing proper form can lead to serious injury and a not-so-flattering viral video.  Using NASM'S OPT model, we will build the right program just for you! For clients that are new to hitting the weights, we will start at Phase 1 Stabilization Endurance. It's here where we get your body ready to take on the extra loads by perfecting your balance and introduce the movements needed to weight train the correct way. Strength Endurance, Hypertrophy, Maximal Strength, and Power are the progressing phases that make up the roadmap to whichever destination we choose in your fitness journey! 

MIXED MARTIAL ARTS

Whether you decide to step foot into the octagon or not, martial arts training is by far one of the most extreme workouts you can do. The inferno of calorie burning exercises will sculpt and test every part of your body—and learning how to throw a  thunderous roundhouse kick or lightning speed jab is remarkably empowering! 

NUTRITION

If you are looking to start feeling great, live a healthier lifestyle and shed a couple unwanted pounds, than a nutrition mission is what we are looking to accomplish! The struggle is real for many, so you are not alone. There are just too many questions like "Should I go Keto or stay Carb heavy?, Can I live off of Protein Bars and Whey Shakes?,  Is 3 times a week at the All -you can- eat buffet the reason why my shirts are getting smaller? No worries, we will go over the building blocks of good nutrition to set up some delicious meals plans to keep you fueled up throughout the day.

We focus not only on promoting a healthy lifestyle physically but Emotionally and mentally as well. This is a fully confidential relationship to build your confidence in living the life you truly want! We’d discover together what barriers are holding you back from the life you long for!  With my guidance and direction, we as a team can achieve A more promising Fulfilled life for yourself!
